HAP's Phlebotomy class teaches students the role and responsibilities for collecting blood samples for medical testing and analysis. The course is a combination of classroom and laboratory. Tuition-free for eligible participants. Eligibility requirements: Participants must be at or below the 200% Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) Partnered with Community Colleges and Universities Dates: Monday-Friday, in-person and online
